Your booking is confirmed exclusively upon receipt of the 30% deposit payment via the Stripe link that will be sent to you. Until payment is received, the date remains available to other clients.
The 30% deposit is mandatory to secure the date and is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation by the client. It covers non-recoverable costs already incurred at the time of booking: government licenses (Province of Bolzano), reservation of fishing zones, administrative management of the booking, communications with the client, and time dedicated to the bureaucratic procedures required for each individual session.
A 4% bank fee applies exclusively to the final balance, if paid by credit card or PayPal. It is never applied to the deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the 30% deposit already paid will be retained and will not be refunded. No additional penalties apply beyond the loss of the deposit.
In the event of cancellation on our part due to force majeure or personal reasons, a full refund of all amounts paid will be offered.
In the event of unsuitable river conditions on the day of the session (turbid water, flooding, or unfishable conditions), an alternative activity will be proposed. As sudden flooding cannot be predicted and the day is fully organised and prepared by the time of the meeting, any client who arrives on site will be required to choose an alternative activity and pay the agreed balance.
Cancellation without additional penalties — with loss of the deposit only — is possible exclusively if communicated the day before the session, before the preparation of the day has been completed.
The activity takes place even in the case of rain or non-optimal weather conditions. The final decision on the feasibility and safety of the session rests solely with the guide.
